These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vilobet ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the vilobet website located at vilobet.app and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on vilobet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

vilobet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time vilobet deems necessary.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vilobet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vilobet will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorized by you, unless you have notified vilobet of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.

All financial transactions on vilobet are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). vilobet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the platform's cashier page, which may be updated from time to time.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your vilobet wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. vilobet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

4.3 Funds Security

vilobet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

• Bonuses are credited to your account at vilobet's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time prior to being claimed.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• vilobet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• vilobet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the vilobet platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

vilobet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not influenced by any external factor. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective live game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, vilobet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. vilobet's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vilobet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vilobet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the vilobet platform without prior written consent from vilobet.

vilobet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vilobet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vilobet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. vilobet is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the platform.

vilobet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. vilobet provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, accessible from the account settings section after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your vilobet account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

vilobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.

• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon termination of your account for cause, vilobet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of bonuses and void winnings) will be returned to your verified payment method. If wrongdoing is established, vilobet may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

You may close your vilobet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable processing times.

vilobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vilobet will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
